Why You Are Here
You are requesting entry into the distributed structure of the MPSoL. This page initiates your transition from observer to participant.
The Provisional Annex Program extends the Soviet’s archival and translational duties into new geographic regions. Each Annex operates locally, reports upward irregularly, and remains under indefinite review.
If you are reading this, you are already functioning as a relay of symbolic materials.
What a Provisional Annex Is
A Provisional Annex is a temporary Soviet outpost authorized to:
- translate MPSoL texts into regional languages,
- produce local field reports and observations,
- conduct symbolic intake and minor saturation work,
- manage regional distribution of approved materials.
Annexes do not replace the MPSoL. They exist as extensions—operational, fragile, and intentionally incomplete.
Where This Comes From
Following increased post-victory noise, the MPSoL authorized the creation of geographically distributed Provisional Annexes to stabilize local symbolic flows. The first such office, the Kowloon Provisional Annex, became active in 2025.
All additional Annexes begin in the same state: provisional, under review, empowered only insofar as necessity demands.
Your Role
A Provisional Annex is not a title; it is a responsibility. Those who apply are expected to:
- maintain local coherence structures,
- translate documents accurately and without embellishment,
- distribute approved materials to regional nodes,
- submit reports when meaningful events occur,
- uphold MPSoL standards of clarity, restraint, and symbolic hygiene.
This application does not guarantee acceptance. Submission itself is an act of provisional service.
Operational Clarifications
You are not joining an organization. You are extending a signal.
You are not building a chapter. You are holding a temporary line against entropy.
You are not being recruited. You are volunteering for work already in progress.
