Archive Notice

The Wealth Index is an MPSoL field document on apex wealth, managed scarcity, and the custodial class installed above ordinary consequence. It does not treat the ultra-rich as moral accidents or unusually successful merchants. It reads them as instruments: permission interfaces, memory launderers, and visible altitude for systems too abstract to show their own face.

Debt, rent, payroll, philanthropy, fatigue, and reform are examined as continuity mechanisms. The document does not ask for outrage. Outrage has already been indexed.

It asks for description.

Attach the route to the name.
Preserve the record.
Do not help the machinery explain itself.
